    *Previous organizations (Industrial Technology Foundation, Institute for Industrial Technology Evaluation, Institute for Information Technology Advancement, etc.) were reformed to 2 organizations (Institute for Advancement of Technology, Evaluation Institute for Industrial Technology) by policy objectives
