Function and role
  • Establish fundamentals of the technology innovations for SMEs
  • Indentify and analyze the needs of SMEs related to technology innovation
  • Propagate and evaluate technologies related to informatization for SMEs
  • Develop and distribute standard models for the information management, and support implementation of the models for SMEs
  • Establish fundamentals of informatization for SMEs and evaluate their capabilities
  • Help SMEs to develop human resource specialized in the technology innovation and information management
